We collect your name, email address, date of birth, and preferred payment method — for example DANA or OVO. We use this to verify your identity and process your deposits and withdrawals accurately.

We do not sell your data to any third party. We share information only with payment processors like GoPay and QRIS to complete transactions, and only the minimum data necessary to execute that specific payment.

Identifiable profile data is deleted within 90 days of account closure. Financial transaction logs — including DANA, OVO, GoPay, and QRIS records — are retained for five years to meet record-keeping requirements.
